The heart measures 1 1/4" x 3/4" inch and sits on a 16" chain, finished with a 2" extender.

The heart is made of 18K gold plated brass, while the chain is made of 18K gold plated sterling silver.  The pendant is filled with a rich turquoise resin, which you may want to eat, although I highly recommend against it.
